Passionfruit Mojito (Rum)
Passionfruit syrup combined with fresh lime juice and white rum. Shaken then served over ice and topped with soda water. A sweet tropical tiki style cocktail, perfect for sunsets and warm evenings.
Aperol prosecco spritz (Aperol)
An Italian classic combining Aperol, Italian Prosecco; built in the glass with a touch of soda water.
Gin sour (Gin)
Fresh squeezed lime juice combined with our signature syrup, egg white (OPTIONAL) London Dry Gin. Shaken and served over ice.
Paddles Sangria (Moscato)
Moscato enriched with strawberry syrup and peach schnapps. Built and served in the glass over ice then topped with lemon lime soda. A popular choice for those with a sweet tooth.
Blueberry Margarita (Tequila)
Our house berry infused syrup combined with the classic Tequila, lime, Triple Sec recipe. Sweet and citrusy, a Paddles rendition of a beloved classic.
NON ALCOHOLIC MIXES
Valentina
Fresh lime juice and Moegalo (lemongrass) syrup base, elevated by mixed berry and passionfruit. Shaken then served over ice and topped with Soda water.
Virgin Passionfruit Mojito
Passionfruit syrup combined with fresh lime juice. Shaken then served over ice and topped with soda water. Our kid friendly rendition of one of our most popular cocktails.
Roma
Sweet strawberry syrup balanced with fresh lime juice. Built in the glass and topped with ginger ale.
Isabella
Sister to the Roma. Strawberry syrup and fresh lime. Served over ice and topped with sprite. Sweet and refreshing.
Lemon Lime & Bitters
Classic mix of fresh lime juice and sprite served over ice with a healthy dose of Angostura Bitters.
